All domestic shipments are made through Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), including a tracking code. The tracking number will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail within 1 business day after shipment.

We recommend customers track their orders. In case of delays, delivery issues, loss or package theft, please contact us immediately. In confirmed cases of loss or package theft, Padovani Music will be responsible for sending a replacement product, subject to stock availability.

All products sold by Padovani Music include an official invoice. All prices displayed on our website are listed in Brazilian currency, Brazilian Real (R$).
Payments for purchases made on our website may be processed by payment platforms available at checkout, such as PayPal.
International shipping fees charged in our online store refer exclusively to the shipping cost of the products and do not include import taxes, customs duties or local fees.
Any import taxes, customs duties, tariffs or additional fees charged in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not the responsibility of Padovani Music.

Padovani Music respects consumer rights and values product quality and customer satisfaction. We are always available to answer questions before purchase and help customers choose the most suitable product.
If the customer still wishes to exchange or return a product, Padovani Music will process the request according to the terms below.
The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return is 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
To qualify for exchange or return, the product must be in good condition, without signs of misuse, drops, damage, modifications or excessive wear beyond normal inspection.
In the case of premium silver-plated products, such as mouthpieces, we recommend special care during testing, especially if the customer is not fully certain about their choice.

Please inform your order number, purchased product and reason for the request. Padovani Music will provide instructions for returning the product.
After receiving the returned product, Padovani Music will inspect and evaluate the item. If the product meets the conditions described in this policy, Padovani Music may provide an exchange, subject to stock availability, or process a refund.
In approved return cases, Padovani Music will issue a full refund within 3 business days after approval of the product inspection.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. For example: purchases made by credit card will be refunded directly to the card.
