The H2 features a traditional V-shaped cup, providing a smoother airflow path. This design favors a darker, warmer and fuller tone, ideal for musicians looking for a refined sound with natural response and excellent projection.

V Cup or U Cup?

Within the Padovani Music French Horn mouthpiece lineup, models such as H2, H3 and H5 feature a V-shaped cup. Models with the letter U after the model designation, such as H2U and H3U, feature a U-shaped cup.
